Actions which needed to be taken immediately

- When handling a motor vehicle case it is important to get a copy of the police report.  If there is no report, then give your attorney the information given to you at the accident or by the driver at fault.

- Do not sign any insurance documents from the opposing party’s insurance company without the review of an attorney.

- Keep copies of all medical records which you have received regarding the accident and all medical billing statements, and receipts from any prescribed medications arising from the accident.
